- 6 weeks notice is required for all types of leave
- Requests are dealt with on a first come, first serve basis.
- A maximum of two trainees may take leave at one time.
- Leave may not be carried over from previous (or subsequent) appointments.
- Trainees are requested not to apply for the odd day here and there but should try to take their leave in week- long blocks out of consideration for colleagues.
- NB: Any changes to the rota once published will only be allowed
- if all copies of the rota are amended and switchboard informed.
