Imperial has the option to use Dexdor on CICU for sedation. Clearly this is a relatively new drug to the staff and the service.
Imperial will be releasing their own documents but for now these are in use at other ICU's and combined with the company literature it may be used.
It is a consultant decision drug and based on individual circumstances.
